Here's the low-down on Deb Scott, Tree Hill's very own sexy mama! Born, Deborah Lee - this blonde bombshell met her future husband Dan Scott during her freshman year of college. After a short time of dating, Deb found out she was pregnant and the two married, then moved back to Dan's hometown of Tree Hill, North Carolina.

Coming from a wealthy family, Deb's father lent some money to Dan to start his own business, and after seeing his brother Keith's knack for fixing cars - Dan opened his own car dealership, Dan Scott Motors where he has made quite a bit of money.. while rubbing it constantly in his big brothers face.

Deb was mostly out of town working, leaving their son Nathan to grow up with his fathers constant pressure to be the best basketball player. Although Deb hated the standards Dan set for Nathan to live up to, but there wasn't much she felt she could do about it. To an on-going viewer, the Scott's seemed like the picture perfect happy family, but that was far from the truth. Nathan was just how his father raised him, self-absorbed, arrogant, popular and the Tree Hill Raven's new town superstar. In other words, he was a lot like his father.

When Nathan and a few of his friends on the basketball team got into some trouble, Tree Hill High's principal was forced to suspend half of the team. Leaving the Ravens coach, Brian 'Whitey' Durham to recruit new members... one of which, Lucas Scott.

Lucas Scott was the son of Dan's that he had abandoned, a long with Lucas' mother Karen Roe after their senior year of high school. Karen was pregnant, and although he claimed he loved her, he went off to college.. met Deb and never paid attention to Karen again.

When Karen joined the Raven's Booster Mom's Club, it pretty much gave lots of time for Deb and Karen to get to know each other. Turns out, they actually bonded and became pretty good friends. Deb ran Karen's Café when Karen went to Italy for some cooking classes and later on invested in a night club with Karen called TRIC, brought to their attention by Peyton Sawyer, who's a Raven's cheerleader and Nathan's ex-girlfriend.

Dan and Deb's marriage was deteriorating by the minute, Nathan had began to fight back against his father and then found out about an affair that Deb had while married to Dan - which led for a not-so-good relationship with his mom. When Nathan got emancipated, it broke Deb's heart.. leaving her to be even more angry with her so-called "loving husband."

In the midst of signing divorce papers with Dan, he found Deb in bed with his brother Keith -- the next day, he had a heart attack.. which he survived. Since his recovery, Dan has made it his mission to destroy Deb's life.

After Dan's heart attack, Deb also found out Nathan had married his girlfriend, Haley James -- the best friend of his half brother, Lucas Scott. This angered Deb and Dan terribly, with the thought of never having a good relationship with their son and him throwing his life away. With the amounts of stress she was under, Deb turned to abusing pain killers which ultimately landed her in a rehabilitation clinic.

When Deb returned home from rehab, she decided with Nathan that they were going to work on becoming a family again. Nathan moved back home with her, but that same night someone tried to kill Dan by setting his motor vehicle building on fire after poisoning him to knock him unconscious.

Dan was okay and when he recovered he decided to run for Mayor of Tree Hill, so he could basically own the town and everyone in it. Deb struck up a deal with him, she had to pretended to play his loving wife so he got the vote of the town then after he was elected he would finally sign their divorce papers. He did as promised, but the night of the election Deb skipped down when she was confronted by Lucas and he let on that he knows it was her to tried to kill Dan in the fire.

Deb later confessed to Nathan about what she did, but didn't return home until after Keith's funeral. Dan secretly had shot Keith because he thought he tried to kill him. Deb is continuing to help with the café, so Karen can put her life back together after losing Keith.

At Nathan and Haley's wedding, Deb told Dan she tried to kill him which left him in a panic, especially when he went home to find the words "MURDER" written in red paint on his wall. Was it Deb who did it? Does she know? What's left to unfold between Deb, Dan, Nathan and their life in Tree Hill?

Okay, so for everyone question -- there's answer. Deb had no idea Keith was killed by Dan, all that stalking was courtesy of Abby Brown. Yep, the student Jimmy let go from the hostage situation... turns out she hid in another classroom instead of leaving the school and saw the whole thing go down. Pretty crazy!

After Nathan and Haley's wedding and Nathan's near death accident... Dan began threatening Deb -- because she had tried to kill him of course. The stress of that must've put Deb over the edge because she began hitting the bottle and pills hard again. She completely relapsed. This time was worse that before and not only was she toting around a gun in her purse - that went off in Karen's Cafe... thank goodness no one was hurt - she was also turning into a total witch with a capital B!

When Karen showed Deb her concern for her relapse... Deb pushed her away and fired her from TRIC! Luckily for Dan, (never thought that'd be said) he got Karen back involved with the club.

As time went on Deb found herself tricking her doctor for prescription and in jail for threatening a pharmacist who didn't give her more pills. She missed Nathan's games. She didn't care that Nathan and Haley were expecting their first child during their senior year of high school, considering she was so deeply upset when they got married the year before. Interventions were made, but had no effect whatsoever. Deb's life was going downhill.

It wasn't until the night of State Championships when Karen tricked Deb into going with her, only to drop her off at a rehab. It was the best thing for her and since then, Deb has really turned her life around. She was even there to help Lucas when Karen was in bad shape while giving birth to Lily. Deb was also around to witness the birth of her first grandson, James Lucas Scott.

It's been five years and where is Deb now? She's still sassy, still sexy... and she's Jamie's nanny. After a scary situation with a previous nanny of her grandson, Deb stepped in to help Nathan and Haley. While she wasn't at Lucas and Lindsey's wedding to see Dan out of jail, they did have a confrontation at Jamie's 5th birthday party. Let's just say it wasn't pretty and it looks like hope is loss for any Dan and Deb reconciliation.

What will the future hold for Deb? Time will only tell...
