If you've been following OTH at least for the last year, you must know about the new clothing line by Brooke Davis called Clothes Over Bro's. If not, you will -- One Tree Hill has created this casual fashion line to go with the recent story-line from the third season. You can now wear clothes straight from Tree Hill at an affordable price! There are also some Suburban Filth items that Brooke designed when she worked for the store in a few episodes.      Sophia Bush and Kate Hudson both looked beautiful in this flirty mini dress with clever bow accents. The dress, which is from Chanel's Spring 2007 Ready-to-Wear collection was seen on Kate at the recent opening of the Tom Ford Menswear Store in New York while Sophia dazzled in it during a photoshoot for Ocean Drive magazine. Actress, Rachel Bilson was also seen partying in the spunky dress!
