CALLING ALL OTH FANS -

So, we didn't win E! Online's "Save One Show" campaign this year - it's not the end of the world. It doesn't mean the end of One Tree Hill, and we should still pat ourselves on the back for coming in the 'runner-up' spot for voting and tweeting. We're dedicated fans and we've been dedicated for seven seasons - and we'll stay dedicated for eight (or more). One Tree Hill hasn't always been in danger of a season renewal, but at this point in time there are serious rumors widely spreading online that One Tree Hill has a 50/50 chance of returning to The CW with an eighth season. So far they're one of the only two shows not picked up yet.

How we look at it? We didn't spend nearly seven years locked into a show for it to possibly end on a cliffhanger or not get the true story "ending" we feel it deserves. While we hope season eight won't be the end of One Tree Hill, we definitely don't think it's ready to go now. Two things OTH currently has on their side are their ratings - they're one of the highest rated shows on the network - and two... total fan dedication.

On Monday - April 26, 2010 at 8pm/7c, One Tree Hill returns with the final four all-new episodes of season seven. Our mission is that on April 27th we all band together to show the CW that WE WANT A SEASON 8. Below is the contact information for you to email, tweet at, and call the network to show The CW that OTH is in-demand and deserves another season. Call all day. Tweet all day (include #WeareONETH). Email all day. Spread the word.

WORD OF ADVICE -- In your messages to The CW, we ask that you act mature and are as polite as possible when letting them know you want another season of OTH. No one will take you seriously or respect what we have to ask if you're rude and disrespectful. We want them to know we're dedicated, not "annoying". Remember, we are ONE so anything you say reflects on OTH fans in general.
