CHARITY SOFTBALL GAME UPDATE
· We've found
out that Paul Johansson and Barbara Alyn Woods will also be attending. Some of
the autographed prizes that will be raffled off include pictures, softballs,
bats, posters, and t-shirts among other things. Additional raffle tickets will
be sold for $3 each or five for $10.
As mentioned below the first game will be at 12PM, the second is at 1:10PM ...
both are crew members only. The third game at 2:30PM will be a face off between
both cast.
All proceeds from the game will go to the American Red Cross disaster relief
fund and the local Cape Fear Chapter of the American Red Cross.

CHARITY
SOFTBALL GAME
· Both the
cast of "One Tree Hill" and NBC's "Surface" will face off in a
charity softball game to benefit the victims of Hurricane Katrina and Rita.
There will be three games all on Saturday - October 1, 2005 at Legion Stadium in
Wilmington, NC. The first game will feature crew members only at 12PM, and the
last game starting at 2:30PM (which will feature cast members). In between games
will be raffles where you can win awesome autographed prizes from both cast.
Also, there is a minimum donation of $5 to gain entrance to the games, it will
also get you one raffle ticket.
It's said that "everyone" will be in attendance from One Tree Hill's
Chad Michael Murray, Hilarie Burton, Sophia Bush and Moira
Kelly to Surface's Lake Bell, JT Ferguson and Carter Jenkins. |

WB 11 NEWS
· Tune in to
the WB 11 News tonight as they discuss the split between Chad Michael Murray and
Sophia Bush. The news airs in the New York area right after the two hour season
finale encore of One Tree Hill.

CHAD & SOPHIA CALL IT QUITS
· Chad Michael
Murray, 24, and Sophia Bush, 23, have separated after five months of marriage,
PEOPLE has learned.
A spokesperson for Bush confirmed the split, but offered no further details on
the relationship between the couple, who star together on One Tree Hill.
"This is a difficult and unfortunate situation," said Bush in a statement. "I am
glad this is being resolved sooner rather than later."
"I am saddened to announce that Sophia and I are separating," said Murray. "This
is a very difficult time for me."
Murray and Bush exchanged handwritten vows during their wedding on April 16 at
Santa Monica's Hotel Casa Del Mar before 200 guests.
The couple got engaged in May 2004 in Australia when Murray popped the question
on a tennis court adorned with 20 bouquets of roses and 500 lit candles spelling
out a special message for Bush.
"It's a really, really important moment for a woman, so I wanted to do what I
could do to make it special," Murray said at the time.
The pair met on the set of their WB show and began dating in 2003.

LOCAL GUY ON ONE TREE HILL
· When Chris
Koon got a phone call from the WB network wanting him to be a background actor
on the TV show "One Tree Hill," he thought someone was playing a joke on him.
"I was like, 'OK, yeah right,'" Koon said.About a week or two before the phone
call, Koon, 19, sent his resume out to different companies after he didn't get
the results he wanted from his agent. He never expected to hear anything so
suddenly.
In August, Koon went to Wilmington, N.C. to tape a back-to-school episode of the
show. In the episode, which will air on Oct. 19, Koon portrays a classmate of
characters Haley and Lucas played by Bethany Joy Lenz and Chad Michael Murray,
respectively. |

Tanner, who plays "Skills" on One Tree Hill will star in a new movie "7eventy
5ive". In the upcoming horror flick, which is based on a true story, Tanner
will play "Kareem". Currently the film is in post-production. For the

ONE POP HILL
· Best known
for her role as Haley James on the hit WB Network drama "One Tree Hill," Bethany
Joy Lenz will make her Epic Records debut with the release of her full-length
album in early 2006. Currently in the studio with producer Ron Aniello (Lifehouse,
Guster, Barenaked Ladies), Lenz's yet to be titled album, will be original
material.

by her vocal range and musical ability. We're all really excited to work with

THE PINK PROJECT
· Recently,
James and Stuart Lafferty were two of many celebrities photographed for The
Pink Project.
The Pink
Project is a book of celebrities, musicians, writers, teachers, breast
cancer and sexual assault survivors, photographed in all walks of live with one
tying theme ... PINK!
The book is expected to be released sometime Late 2005/Early 2006. All proceeds
will go to two non-profit organizations:
RAINN (The Rape, Abuse, &
Incest National Network) and
LABCA (The Los Angeles Breast Cancer Alliance).
Why Pink? Pink is the color that symbolizes breast cancer awareness, and
represents strength, hope and beauty. Which is the mission of The Pink Project!

FILM FESTIVAL SCREENINGS
· Bryan's new
film "Prime", which hits theatres October 28th, will be screened tomorrow
(September 21st) night at the
San
Diego Film Festival. Showtime is at 7PM in the Gaslamp 15 Theatre, with
Meryl Streep, Uma Thurman, and Bryan Greenberg all attending.
"Prime" will also be shown at the
HatcH Audio-Visual-Arts Fest on October 7, 2005 at 8PM in the Ellen Theatre.

SEASON 3 UPDATE
· According to
TVTome.com we will only be seeing 4 new episodes of One Tree Hill season 3
before they go on winter break until January. The season premiere "Like You Like
an Arsonist" (aka "From the Edge of the Deep Green Sea) will air on Wednesday,
October 5 at 8pm EST. Episode 2 "First Day on a Brand New Planet," Episode 3
(title unknown) and Episode 4 "An Attempt to Tip the Scales" (which airs on
October 26th) will be the last new episodes showing for the year. One Tree Hill
will then return on January 1st with the fifth new episode "A Multitude of

AND READY TO 'RUMBLE'
· One Tree
Hill former co-stars Daniella Alonso and Michael Copon are back together again
in the new movie "Rumble." It's about four privileged female volleyball players,
who transfer to a high school full of rivals after their private campus burns
down. Daniella stars as Rada Kincaid, while Michael plays Artie Sanchez. The
movie, which is currently in production also stars R&B singer Ciara,
Summerland's Taylor Cole, The Cheetah Girls' Adrienne Bailon and Muhammed Ali's
daughter, Laila Ali. Expect "Rumble" to hit theaters in 2006.
COX, HARRIS & JOY JOIN THE CAST OF 'ONE TREE HILL'
· Former "Kenan
and Kel" actress, Mekia Cox will arrive in Tree Hill this season as "Faith", a
young African-American girl who's basically rearranged her identity to work
around the fact her mother has the inability to remain in one place for too
long.
Daniel Harris, who you may remember as 'Shannon McBain' on the ABC soap "One
Life To Live" is set to play "Rachel," who's sole purpose is to strip Brooke of
her popularity at Tree Hill High. Something tells us.. that's not gonna go over
well with Miss Davis.
Mark Joy will be playing the new mayor of Tree Hill. Most of his scenes will be
with Paul ("Dan") and Moira ("Karen").. hmm, wonder why. Check out his website,
